InviniteDataBot / InviniteCapture
These are the automated clients of Invinite GmbH. They collect public information about
listed companies' quarterly earnings calls: the call date and time, the public webcast or
dial-in, and the published press release and presentation, so that the call can be listened to
and transcribed.
How to recognise us
- HTTP fetches send the User-Agent
InviniteDataBot/1.0 (+https://bot.outraday.org; mailto:info@outraday.org).
- The webcast browser sends Chromium's own User-Agent followed by
InviniteCapture/1.0 (+https://bot.outraday.org; mailto:…).
- Requests are signed with HTTP Message Signatures (Web Bot Auth, RFC 9421):
Signature-Agent: "https://bot.outraday.org". Our public keys are at
/.well-known/http-message-signatures-directory.
What we do and do not do
- InviniteDataBot fetches investor-relations pages, event feeds and press releases around a
company's earnings calls — a few pages per company per quarter. It checks
robots.txt
(product token InviniteDataBot, falling back to *) before every request and
fetches at most one page every two seconds per site and per hosting platform.
- InviniteCapture opens only the event or webcast page of a scheduled earnings call — the page an
attendee would open — registers with one real person's details and a mailbox we read, and listens
to the public webcast. It does not crawl.
- We never disguise ourselves: no faked user agents, no proxies, no attempts to solve CAPTCHAs.
A page that refuses us is reported to a person, not retried.
